As a QMA, you’ll administer medications to residents according to state regulations and community policies, while also providing support, monitoring, and communication to ensure residents’ needs are met. You will play a key role in helping residents maintain independence and quality of life. QMA Duties and Responsibilities: · Prepares and administers medications safely and documents regularly prescribed oral, eye, nasal, and ear medications to residents.
