AESG are currently recruiting a Facade Structural Engineer to join our cost management team to work on a project in Dubai. As a Facade Structural Engineer , you will support project leader in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our client, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
Job Purpose Hold responsibility for the construction supervision projects. Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects. Provides guidance and leadership to more junior team members.
Qualifications
and Experience Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering or equivalent. Required minimum experience 3-5 years. Preferred façade design and engineering experience. Roles and Responsibilities Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues- at detail design and construction stage and remedial of existing projects.
Conduct Façade diagnosis inspections and reporting. Conduct factory and site inspections and reporting, including testing and visual performance mock-ups. Generating multiple instances of repeat work with clients. Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members and provide line management. Updating existing construction check list templates.
Keeping up to date with the facade market/standards/code of practice. Development of research publications.
