Agriculture Opportunity - Shiloh Dairy Farms

Shiloh Dairy is a large-scale dairy operation in northeastern Wisconsin offering J-1 Intern and Trainee opportunities in dairy production. Participants will gain hands-on experience in American dairy operations while learning about milking procedures, animal care, sanitation, feed and nutrition, herd management, and modern agricultural practices.

This program provides participants with the opportunity to experience rural American life while working alongside experienced dairy professionals in one of the leading dairy-producing regions of the United States. Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply. Individuals interested in large-scale dairy operations and livestock management Candidates who are comfortable living and working in a rural environment Participants with conversational English skills. Shiloh Dairy employs a diverse workforce, many of the local employees speak Spanish, supervisors speak both English and Spanish.
