Parts & Branch Customer Service

This position is responsible for providing high-quality customer service while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and parts distribution operations. Duties include processing parts orders, handling inbound and outbound shipments, performing data entry and cycle counts, ensuring accurate distribution of parts and hardware, housekeeping, and various shop tasks.

A working knowledge of parts and equipment and a strong customer-service mindset are essential. The goal of this role is to deliver world-class service to both internal teams and NLB customers.
