Key Responsibilities

Tasks include answering high volume phone calls and distributing calls or messages accordingly Scheduling, confirming, and changing appointments New patient intake Providing patients with information of dental services, memberships, and treatments that are provided in the offices Providing excellent customer service Job Requirements Proven experience - at least 1 year - in dental administration

• REQUIRED! Experience with Dentrix is required Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy Spanish-speaking a plus Position Details: Schedule: Full Time
