Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for US-based clients Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with candidates Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly Work on job portals and sourcing platforms For Client Acquisition Role: Identify and approach potential US clients Build and maintain client relationships Generate new business opportunities Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirements Negotiate terms and manage client expectations Requirements 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome) Good communication skills (English preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage Willingness to work in US shift (night shift) Must own a bike for commuting Self-motivated and eager to learn Working Days Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
