Field Operations Manager

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing field execution across multiple active jobsites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The role includes frequent site visits, coordination with clients and project managers, and active participation in on-site meetings. A primary purpose of this position is to oversee TNS site subcontractors, control risk, manage contractor expectations, develop new field partners as well as establish and grow an in-house field labor capability in the Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding markets.

Full-time on-site presence at various TNS project sites in TX is required.
