Assistant Store Manager - University Town Center, San Diego, CA

With a love for our brand, a drive to learn, and a passion for an “every day should feel this good” store experience, you’ll help build a fun and inclusive store culture for our Crew with a focus on driving results. As an ambassador of the brand, you’ll think of new ways to evolve your business through connecting with your customers and community.

You’ll lead the Crew in the absence of the Store Manager with transparency, while coaching and inspiring them to drive results through engagement and accountability. You must embrace and lead change while remaining flexible to the ever-evolving needs of the business.
