Under the supervision of the Saganing Food & Beverage Supervisor, welcome and seat guests in a timely, professional and courteous manner, and provide them with quality guest service. Use the MICROS system to register and close all sales as appropriate. Properly reconcile all financial transactions and liabilities resulting from operations.
