  1. Manage the procurement and ordering process for goods or services from selected vendors.
  2. Analyze inventory stock levels according to the Company's needs in planning the procurement of main project items and other purchase requests.
  3. Analyze comparative purchasing costs from suppliers or vendors.
  4. Develop an efficient local vendor sourcing strategy to ensure just-in-time availability of goods or services
  5. Ensure the entire process, from request to delivery, runs according to schedule to avoid production/operational disruptions.
  6. Conduct periodic curation, audits and performance assessments of local suppliers based on price, quality and reliability criteria
  7. Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal company policies and good governance (GCH) principles General Responsibilities
  8. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
  9. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
  10. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
  11. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
  2. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing logistics.
  3. Ability to cite prices and negotiate payment terms, warranties, and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  4. Extensive network (database) of local vendors in various sectors.
