Job description
The Stager is responsible for accurately staging furniture components, including frames, legs, cushions, poly, and covers, according to production ticket specifications to support the upholstery process. This role involves reading and interpreting work tickets, organizing and staging materials, assisting with truck unloading, and moving staged frames to the appropriate upholstery lines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical requirements include regularly lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and working overtime as needed.
