Job description
The Conference Services Manager will be responsible for servicing groups and nurturing existing accounts to support all qualified group business to achieve and exceed hotel service and revenue goals. The Conference Services Manager will execute all convention service-related activities while building strong, trusting, long-lasting client and peer relationships.
This is a hands-on leadership position that must ensure the execution of guest expectations for meetings and events.
