Your Responsibilities
- Procurement of technical components, services, and indirect materials
- End-to-end handling of the purchasing process (RFQs, purchase orders, order tracking)
- Ensuring timely material availability for production and R&D
- Communication and coordination with national and international suppliers
- Maintenance of master data and documentation within the system
- Support in price negotiations and supplier selection
- Close collaboration with engineering, production, and logistics teams
- Monitoring delivery schedules and managing escalations in case of supply bottlenecks WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification
- Experience in procurement, ideally in a technical environment
- Strong advantage: solid technical understanding
- Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Very good German and good English language skills
