HR Executive – Ed. About the Role
We are seeking a HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end recruitment for education and sales-related positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate closure. Recruit for roles such as: Teachers STEM Trainers Sales Professionals Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment databases and hiring trackers. Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience. HR Generalist Support Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes. Maintain employee records and HR data accurately.
Support communication and coordination with newly hired employees. Ensure smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Experience hiring for education, training, or sales roles is an added advantage.

Requirements
- 2– 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver work on time
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in hiring education (teachers/STEM) is preferred
