SEN Teaching Assistant – Gants Hill – September Start

A secondary school in Gants Hill, Redbridge is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across the school. This is a good fit for someone who can support pupils without needing constant direction. This is a long-term role starting in September 2026, with strong potential to continue across the academic year.

This role is ideal for someone who can support learning, manage pupil relationships professionally and help students access the classroom without adding pressure to teachers. What the role involves:

• Supporting pupils with SEN, EHCPs, ASD or SEMH needs
• Working across lessons with teachers and support staff
• Helping pupils stay focused and regulated

• Confidence supporting secondary-aged pupils
