Underwriting Training Supervisor (Hybrid)

The Underwriting Training Supervisor develops and delivers underwriting training programs that support employee development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role oversees onboarding, ongoing training, quality assurance initiatives, and process improvements while serving as a technical underwriting resource for the organization.
