House Manager - Full Time

Pay Range

$17.25 - 19.50

The House Manager acts as a key member of the I/DD Direct Service Support Team who is responsible for monitoring their assigned work sites homes per the direction of their supervisor and expediting all services required with assigned Adjoin clients, their homes and staffing. The purpose of this role is to promote the dignity, safety, independence, choices, rights and responsibilities of Adjoin clients through the execution of the HM job responsibilities. The HM will also exemplify Adjoin’s vision and meet standards of quality, safety, satisfaction and goals of the client to optimize quality of life and independence.
