Driver – Local Routes | Home Daily | Mammoth Lakes, CA Mammoth Disposal (Waste Connections) is hiring a Non Commercial Driver for local, home-daily routes in Mammoth Lakes, CA . This role is based in Mammoth, with occasional work out of our Bishop location. Shuttle transportation available Employees working out of Bishop can take advantage of a company-paid shuttle that transports drivers between Bishop and Mammoth , making commuting easy and reliable.

The pay range for this job category is $24-27/hour Company-paid shuttle between Bishop and Mammoth Paid travel time when applicable Overtime opportunities Safety bonuses + annual boot allowance Full Benefits Package Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Life insurance & disability options ⏰ Schedule Monday–Friday , with occasional Saturdays Start time: 5:30 AM 8–10 hour shifts (route-based) 🚛 What You’ll Do Operate toilet pump trucks on local routes Clean, pump, and deliver toilets and sinks Complete routes efficiently and safely Read route sheets and follow dispatcher instructions Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Handle physical tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50+ lbs) Provide professional customer service in local communities 🌄 Work Environment Extensive physical activity.
Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds. Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts which require following basic safety precautions. The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration.
Noise level is usually moderate. ✅ Requirements Valid driver’s license.
