Responsibilities
Within the DACH region, Benelux , and Scandinavia , you identify new market opportunities for industrial anti-friction coating solutions and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. You create market and account roadmaps, develop pricing strategies, and derive sales initiatives to ensure successful market development .
You analyze markets, customer requirements , and competitors, working closely with international Product Management. You manage customer projects from the initial opportunity analysis through successful implementation in close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and our Competence Center. You provide both technical and commercial consulting to existing and prospective customers, and support Sales during customer visits and the development of long-term business relationships .
You drive new business ideas, establish successful commercial approaches across the Sur. Tec Group, and promote knowledge sharing throughout the sales network. You represent Sur. Tec at industry events and within professional associations, positioning our solutions through expert contributions and personal engagement in the market.
Qualifications
Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable; alternatively, a technical training. Proven professional experience in t echnical Sales and B usiness Development . Strong technical understanding of coatings, surface technology , tribology, fastening technology, or comparable industrial applications.
Strong sense for identifying market opportunities and developing new business potential. Ability to build relationships with (new) customers and confidently convince them of the benefits of our technical solutions. Analytical thinking, solution-oriented and self-driven approach, and a strong ability to execute and deliver results.
Valid Class B driver's license , willingness to travel regularly (approx. four days per week) , and business-fluent German and English language skills.
