Key responsibilities include

Delivering exceptional wine knowledge and service. Understanding our guests’ needs to create memorable experiences. Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top-quality service. Handling customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Strong hosting and communication skills, with a positive and respectful approach to customers and colleagues. Proficient in English with excellent grooming and presentation.
