Job description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is HVAC & EPA Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily subsidized properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry HUD/Tax credit Inspections. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. This is a hands-on working supervisor position that will oversee two properties.
Qualifications
Must have 5 - 10 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience, HVAC Certified.
