Join our team as the�Evening Shift Manager of Surgical Services, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency during evening hours.

Job Summary

Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift. Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care. Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance. Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Qualifications

Current�North Carolina or Multistate RN licensure�required. Active�BLS certification. ACLS Required CNOR Preferred Proven experience in�Surgical Services. Demonstrated�leadership experience�in a healthcare setting. Strong�organizational,�communication, and�customer service�skills. Proficient in�computer systems�and healthcare technologies.
