Injury Prevention Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to manage the Tribal Injury Prevention Cooperative Agreement Program (TIPCAP) Grant with the Indian Health Services and coordinate the activities of the FDIHB’s Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) Program. This position is responsible for planning and implementing activities designed to prevent unintentional injuries among tribal members within the Fort Defiance service area.
