Job Title CPQ Analyst III Job Category Information Technology Job Description Lead and/or support CPQ Commerce (quote-to-order) projects on the CPQ platform. Analyze, test and resolve tickets related to CPQ Commerce, data, and integration problems, performing root cause analysis through to resolution. Create and manage the maintenance of sales options and commerce-related rules/data in relevant systems, guaranteeing consistency and quality of data.
Update systemic data based on the requirements provided to stakeholders, including data validation and clear documentation of changes. Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to support decision making in the area. Work in partnership with stakeholders from different areas, maintaining proactive communication for alignment and problem resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the CPQ Commerce support and delivery processes and efficiency of systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Advanced or fluent English. Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Power BI Experience or familiarity with product configuration systems (CPQ) Knowledge of NOVO system and/or product portfolio.
