Cleaning Operative – Part-Time Evening Role (Commercial Office Environment)

Location: Perth, PH2 8DY Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30pm – 6:30pm (5 hours per week) Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE) Start Date: Immediate Start Available ref : 10050857 Job Overview We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work within a commercial office environment in Perth.

This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity offering regular part-time evening hours and the potential for long-term employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation while working safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general office cleaning duties Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floor areas Cleaning desks, workstations and touch points Cleaning kitchens, breakout areas and welfare facilities Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the site Reporting maintenance issues and health and safety concerns Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly Candidate Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Comfortable working as a lone worker Must be willing to act as a key holder and operate alarm systems where required Excellent attention to detail Reliable, punctual and professional approach Good communication skills Right to work in the UK Mandatory Requirements Successful candidates must: Provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction Be comfortable using a telephone-based time and attendance system Be able to work independently and responsibly Be willing to act as a key holder Be comfortable operating alarm systems Provide valid photographic identification prior to commencing work What We Offer Immediate start available Weekly pay Monday to Friday working pattern Temporary to permanent opportunity Full training provided Opportunity to work within a professional commercial environment Ongoing support from our recruitment team If you are a dependable and experienced cleaner looking for a part-time evening opportunity with the potential for permanent employment, we would like to hear from you.
