Job Description & Summary Qualification and experience: University degree in Law Profound knowledge in the fields of Ukrainian corporate and employment law, knowledge of other fields of law is preferable 8+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record of successful project delivery with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Extensive experience in projects involving the establishment and closure of businesses in Ukraine, as well as employment and immigration law projects.

Key responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of concurrent projects and workstreams across the practice and overseeing end-to-end delivery Handling communication with clients Planning and managing workload within the team Delegating tasks and providing guidance to junior team members Ensuring completion of tasks aligned with the practice’s strategic priorities Values, skills, aspirations: Integrity Creativity, commitment to making a meaningful impact Desire to learn and develop in order to produce the best results for clients and team Willingness to make personal contributions to common successes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Profound communication and presentation skills Strong client handling and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel Ukrainian - native, English – upper-intermediate/advanced.
