Deputy Chief Resident Engineer (Intl)(Wawa)

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering discipline Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Hydropower Engineering, or Project Management Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC or equivalent) Construction Safety Training (e.g., COSH or equivalent) Training in Quality Management Systems HSE Training Experience Minimum 20 years of engineering experience in major infrastructure or energy projects Minimum 15 years in dam, hydropower, or pumped storage projects Experience in construction supervision of large infrastructure projects Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams Experience in contract administration under FIDIC or EPC contracts Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover skills Construction management of dam and hydropower projects Dam engineering principles Hydropower construction methodologies Contract administration and FIDIC contracts Construction planning and scheduling QA/QC systems and inspection procedures Risk identification and mitigation HSE management systems Technical report writing and presentation Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management Strong communication and decision-making skills At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
