Locksmith Senior Maintenance Specialist

The Locksmith is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electronic locking systems across all County-owned facilities, including high-security environments such as the detention center. This position ensures the security and integrity of County buildings by maintaining effective access control systems, fabricating and managing keys, and addressing emergency lock and access issues.

This class works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
