Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Saganing Finance Supervisor, greet casino guests and provide guests with prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. Provide excellent guest service when making change, cashing in coin, paying out COTs jackpots, and processing check and credit card transactions. Serve as a source of information for guests regarding, promotions, restaurants, entertainment, and other facility amenities and services.

Follow the tribal gaming ordinance, laws, gaming regulations, internal controls, Title 31 Currency Transaction reporting laws, gaming winnings and taxes withheld reporting laws, departmental and company policies and procedures.
