Bilingual District Support Specialist

Job Description Summary To create an exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions to meet customer goals. In collaboration with other team members, this position handles the beginning stages of the loan origination process and acts as an initial liaison for the market.

Responsibilities include

reviewing customer needs, collecting information for the loan application, reviewing applications for completeness, collateral, and other financial information needed for application review. Role success will be based on perception of customer experience, reaching more customers within the market, compliance, attainment of monthly goals, accuracy and active learning.

• 1-2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma/GED Travel: The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
