INTRODUCTION
The Community Connector supports assigned people in a community-based day services model to promote independence and personal growth. The Community Connector will work to ensure that there is integration into the community and that each day is created to be meaningful for each person based on their desires, strengths, and needs.
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Hours: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Total: 18 hours per week Location: Bowie, MD
