Building Information Models (BIM) Engineer

The BIM Engineer is responsible for leading Building Information Models (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) initiatives throughout the lifecycle of commercial construction projects. This role drives project coordination, constructability review, clash detection, visualization, and digital project delivery to enhance collaboration, reduce risk, and improve project outcomes.

The BIM Engineer partners closely with project managers, superintendents, design teams, subcontractors, and clients to leverage technology and data in support of efficient project execution. This role serves as an internal subject matter expert and trusted advisor, helping project teams leverage technology, data, and best practices to improve project outcomes.
