The IOP Counselor provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in recovery, delivering individual and group counseling using ASAM criteria to guide admissions and treatment planning. This role facilitates program curriculum (Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, CBT), supports patient engagement, and collaborates closely with the recovery care team, clinical supervisor, and community partners.
