Responsibilities
This person will m aintain and m onitor the Safety, Environ m ental and Regulatory (SER) Progra m for a group of M FA facilities across Centralia, Mexico, and Elsberry, Missouri. The e m ployee will also be expected to assist SER Field Specialists and the Safety Coordinator with the i m ple m entation, m onitoring , and record-keeping of the M FA Anhydrous A m m onia Preventative M aintenance Tracking Syste m .
The SER Technician will also train and m aintain docu m entation of training for the personnel within a group of M FA facilities and field staff. All duties m ust be co m pleted in accordance with co m pany policy. What You’ll Do Provide New Hire safety training Provide on-going safety training for all existing e m ployees Record all training docu m entation and training log infor m ation in the Dekra on-line syste m Ensure that all e m ployees within their area receive the required training in a ti m ely m anner Assist SER Field Staff in pre-inspections of all Anhydrous A m m onia Equip m ent.
Assist DOT Inspectors with VPT docu m entation when testing is co m pleted. Co m plete annual final inspection of all Anhydrous A m m onia Equip m ent within a group of M FA facilities. Conduct facility walk-through housekeeping inspections.
