Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Position: Full-Time Location: Nevada Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LCPC position gives licensed counselors the opportunity to provide consistent mental health support to clients from a virtual setting.

You will meet with clients, assess their concerns, create practical treatment plans, and guide them through therapy sessions that support healthier thinking, better coping tools, and stronger emotional stability. The role is structured, professional, and focused on high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions with clients Evaluate client symptoms, history, risks, and treatment needs Create individualized care plans with clear clinical goals Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions Document sessions, updates, and treatment progress accurately Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Requirements Active Nevada LCPC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing therapy or counseling services Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Use your license in a role that values steady clinical work and quality client outcomes.
