Deficiency Analyst, Health Information Management

Review medical records for deficiencies and apply needed deficiencies to ensure a complete medical record. Processes birth certificates for newborns and obtain paternity affidavits when applicable. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Compliance Team Lead.
