What You'll Do

Greeting customers and conducting initial vehicle check-ins. Clearly communicating service requirements and timelines to customers. Advising customers on necessary and recommended services. Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our values and culture.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of experience in an automotive service role is preferred but not required. 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. A team player who values collaboration and building relationships.
