Analyst, Content Specialist, Innovation

Harrison Street is seeking to hire a Content Specialist within the Innovation Department, reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer.

This individual will be responsible for capturing, structuring, and maintaining the Firm's institutional knowledge as it is translated from human expertise into AI-enabled systems. The Content Specialist will extract insights from professionals across the organization and convert them into high-quality inputs that inform the development and continuous improvement of proprietary AI models.

In addition, this role will support the development of internal and external-facing materials, including case studies and narrative content, that highlight the Firm's use of AI tools and techniques for key stakeholders.
