During consultations, you’ll impress customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs, applying your expertise effectively, and bringing our product range to life. As a sales associate in the Telekom Shop, you’ll take on the following responsibilities: Your key responsibilities also include: You’ll advise customers and sell standard products and services You address customer concerns You process customer orders according to system guidelines and maintain data You support sales promotion activities in the region as directed Requirements You have completed vocational training or have equivalent professional experience.

Furthermore, you demonstrate the following knowledge and skills: Confident demeanor and a passion for sales Knowledge of the Telekom product portfolio or a willingness to acquire it A high degree of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilience Willingness to adjust your work schedule based on standard business hours and customer traffic A well-groomed appearance Sales and negotiation skills Your application may be processed by external service providers in Germany.
