About the Role
The Maintenance Technician ensures apartment homes and property facilities are safe, clean, and in good working order.
Responsibilities include
preparing units for move-in, performing general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and locks, and following a preventative maintenance schedule. The role also includes ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards, providing excellent service to residents, and supervising or escorting contractors as directed by the Facilities Manager.
