- Desenvolver e executar planos estratégicos alinhados à Gerência de País e aos objetivos corporativos.
- Elaboração de propostas técnicas e ecomerciais, bem como negociação de contratos, respeitando as políticas da companhia.
- Atuar em estreita colaboração com as áreas de Projetos, Operações e Serviço ao Cliente.
- Trabalhar diretamente com os clientes, identificando oportunidades, colaborar com equipes regionais de BD para preparar análises financeiras detalhadas e propostas para submissão aos clientes, com foco em fechamento de novos contratos.
- Expandir o escopo de serviços junto a clientes existentes, visando aumentar a oferta atual de serviços (tanto pela cadeia de valor existente quanto por outros serviços ALS);
- Colaborar com equipes regionais de BD para identificar novos leads oportunistas que apoiem o pipeline global de vendas;
- Fornecer opiniões e insights para apoiar iniciativas de marketing e promoção voltadas para aumentar a visibilidade da marca e a participação de mercado;
- Incentivar e analisar o feedback dos clientes para identificar oportunidades de crescimento no negócio; Auxiliar na implementação do sistema de Gerenciamento de Relacionamento com o Cliente (CRM) para apoiar as equipes globais do MPTS.
