Job description
This role is responsible for leading and managing a large production team (approximately 45–50 employees) in a manufacturing environment to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and operational targets. The supervisor works closely with Lead Hands and plant leadership to drive performance, maintain staffing levels, oversee training and employee development, manage attendance and scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
