Seasonal Host/Hostess

We are looking for Seasonal Host/Hostesses to join our team! Seasonal employment runs through mid- January, unless asked to continue employment. Candidates must be able to work Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Ideal candidate should be available for 4-6 shifts a week and must have open availability. We are unable to approve time off requests during the month of December. Our Host/Hostess's primary responsibility is to satisfy our guests by ensuring that guests are greeted warmly upon entry and over the phone. The Host/Hostess guides the guest through the ordering and payment procedures, exceeding their expectations through exceptional food knowledge. The Host/Hostess solves small problems as they arise and keeps people as happy as possible and handles all requests in a positive manner.
