Member Service Representative (Teller)/Receptionist

Welcomes members to Towne. Bank and directs them to the proper person or department. Answers phone calls coming into the branch and assists members with basic questions or transfers members to the appropriate representative. Handles requested transactions promptly and efficiently. Delivers exquisite customer service to all members, whether by phone, in person from the reception desk or from the teller line.
