Preschool Teacher - St. Luke School

St. Luke Catholic Preschool is seeking loving, energetic, and faith-filled teachers for the 2026-2027 school year, including a full-time Pre-K 4s teacher. Candidates should have a passion for early childhood education, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to creating a nurturing, play-based learning environment rooted in Catholic values. These positions follow the school calendar and work closely with a supportive preschool team and school community.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons -Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning -Integrate Catholic values and faith into daily classroom experiences -Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment -Support and supervise children's independence, curiosity, creativity, and readiness for Kindergarten -Collaborate with fellow teacher and school leadership to support student success -Build positive relationships and communicate with classroom families

Qualifications

-High school diploma or GED preferred -Previous experience working in early childhood education -Demonstrate a commitment to the Catholic mission of the school -Creates a positive, respectful, and nurturing atmosphere for children, families, and colleagues -Strong communication and organization skills
