Clinic LPN/Cma

:   To collaboratively provide excellent patient care in the ambulatory/clinic setting according to current best practice standards and through processes adopted by the Rainy Lake Clinics. The LPN will assist and support physicians/advanced practice providers and other clinic staff to achieve comprehensive patient care; they will directly assist with procedures within their scope of practice and for which competencies have been demonstrated; and will communicate clearly and positively with each other and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care.

LPN will enhance the patient’s experience through proficiency in LPN skills as well as excellent customer service, communication and building positive relationships with the patient and their family.
