Maintain general knowledge of park operations, safety guidelines, and menu items.

Promote upsell options in a friendly, informative manner without being pushy. Follow the 7 Service Sequence Guide and anticipate guest needs. Ensure drinks and food are served promptly, prioritizing the birthday child. Understand pizza charts, allergens, and available alternatives. Entertain guests appropriately based on age and party type.

Maintain cleanliness throughout the event; clear tables and restock supplies. Communicate guest concerns to team leaders or managers promptly. Prepare and serve cake; lead birthday song and assist with gift organization. Facilitate wristband distribution and explain benefits. Review receipts with parents, process payments, and verify IDs when necessary.
