Snow Removal Workers — $30/Hour

Growing Boston-area property management company with 40 years of experience is hiring snow removal workers for the upcoming winter season.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid work authorization documentation is required.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Must be available to respond within 6 hours of a snow event.
• Must be able to work prolonged hours outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions.
• Must perform heavy physical labor, including walking, shoveling, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Reliable transportation to headquarters and a cell phone required.
• Must have a valid email address.
• Must be dependable, follow directions, and work effectively independently or as part of a crew.
• Proper winter clothing, including boots, gloves, and a hat, is required. DUTIES
• Shovel and remove snow using shovels and snow blowers.
• Spread salt and perform de-icing.
• Operate snow removal equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and protect property and landscaping.
• Properly care for company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Clock in/out using ADP.

COMPENSATION

$30/hour Weather-dependent position; hours are not guaranteed.
