Dealer Development Manager

BAIC México is looking for a Dealer Development Manager to support the growth and professionalization of our dealer network across the country. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in the automotive sector , preferably with an OEM or dealer network, who enjoys working in the field, building strong dealer relationships, and driving business results.

Main Responsibilities Develop, support, and strengthen BAIC’s dealer network in México. Conduct regular dealer visits to evaluate sales operations, facilities, customer experience, and compliance with brand standards. Drive dealer performance through business follow-up, action plans, and continuous coaching. Support retail and wholesale sales objectives in coordination with the Sales team.

Identify business opportunities and improvement areas within the dealer network. Follow up on dealer documentation, operational readiness, and compliance requirements. Coordinate and support dealer training related to product, sales processes, and operational standards. Prepare dealer performance reports, market insights, and recommendations for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. Experience in dealer development, network development, sales operations, dealer performance, or commercial field roles. Strong understanding of automotive retail and wholesale operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset and ability to follow up on KPIs and action plans. Availability to travel frequently within México.
