Resident Assistant (On-Call)- SC/Door Of Hope-13-020

The Resident Assistant is responsible for the supervision and safety of all residents in the TSA Homeless Service Programs during various shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. The Resident Assistant will work closely with the Resident Assistant Coordinator, Case Managers, and Program Managers to assist with consistent oversight of residents working towards their goal plans.

The primary responsibility is to provide coverage, crisis intervention, security, and oversight of daily program operations and activities.
